Useful to listen to alongside working with NARP
I have found this a good accompaniment to the NARP I started 2 months ago. It gives more information about each module. However I have found that the earlier chapters of the book did trigger my anxieties more due to making me think more about the narcissist in my life. Obviously I know what to do with those triggers, but I thought I’d mention it as a warning to anyone who may not want more thoughts being allocated to a narcissist. The final chapters on thriving after healing are really uplifting and provide so much hope and energy to me.

Brilliant
I love this book and will be listening to it many times more. I already NARP (which is amazing)and this is a fabulous bonus addition, or introduction, to that program/course, as well as an impactful stand alone resource. Give it a try, it may be one of the best things you ever do!
