Yes, lots of basics, but also lots of usefulness!

Dr Sharp starts from the basic and foundational problems that can cause poor sleep, and guides us to strategies that can stabilise our quality of sleep. Yes, many points are quite basic...but, precisely, many of us make basic errors in our sleep habits in the first place, that are important to see and identify. Having identified them, we can begin to change or adjust them - hopefully with good results. (Episode 8 is particularly good, regarding anxiety and negative, unhelpful, thought processes).
