Nick Swettenham is a self-published author, personal trainer and musician from London, United Kingdom. He has been a personal trainer since 2014 and has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals, through one on one coaching as well as group fitness classes. He has been a musician all his life, teaching guitar and drums since 2010. Now in the publishing world, he aims to use his knowledge and experience to try to help a global audience. He says, "Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I genuinely love what I do and being able to make a difference in people’s lives. A year ago I wouldn't have predicted I would be a self-publisher, but here I am and I'm enjoying every minute of it! I just really hope my books can make a difference. Music has been in my family for generations and is a part of who I am. My father was signed to Apple Music by The Beatles in 1968 and was the drummer in the Rock 'n' Roll band 'Grapefruit'. I love teaching guitar and drums and have taught all levels and ages, from age 5 onwards" With a mix and Fitness and Music books, Nick gets to express his love for both his main passions in life, through the written word and audiobooks.
