Excellent book!

This book has everything you need to get active and eat healthy. The author has give lots of tips and advice on working on the upper and lower body from very simple exercises to more complex ones for the more active over 40s.

I've joined online exercise classes and have started to take short walks everyday. This book has motivated to do even more and try and eat more healthy foods.

Great book for the over 40s or anyone looking to become more active to get healthy and fit.

Very informative

The author has done a great job in putting this audiobook together. I got this for my dad as he is in his late 40s and needed to stay fit. The 7 life changing foundations were amazing! He loved the advice on strength training, and found them really insightful. He has started taking those exercises into his fitness as well as improving his diet.

Lots of great info!

I'm on the brink of turning 40 and want to get fit with age appropriate fitness direction. This book also covers nutrition too which is an area that I need help with. It's helped me gain focus and direction to meet my fitness goals.

An Excellent Fitness Program!

This book covers ALL aspects of fitness and contains a great, easy-to-follow program that I have enjoyed a lot! Highly recommended for those who are looking for a full fitness overview with clear sets of targeted exercises.

Benefits of Keeping Fit

I highly recommend this book to everyone who is into health and fitness. Each chapter explained how to maintain your body by choosing the proper exercise and balanced nutrition in great detail. As we get old, our bodies require more preventative maintenance to function correctly, stay active and have more energy for a healthy lifestyle and longevity. The narrator did an excellent job explaining each step very carefully.

Great Motivation

The audible" Total Fitness after 40" I found to provide great tips for fitness training. The routine and foundations shared I found to be very helpful and I have begun to see the effect after consistent practice. The aspect including understanding your body is covered. Great way to begin my year.

Suitable for over 60s too

I wasn't sure about this book as I am now over 60 and struggling to keep my body like it was in my 40s. I was surprised as it gave me a few pointers on what a 40-year-old should do, and I found I was able to follow along just the same. I may have taken it a little easier than a 40 -year-old would have, but it was still a positive experience for me.

The power of flexibility and mobility

I got this audiobook for my father who is now in his 60s. He particularly enjoyed the chapters on flexibility and mobility. The audiobook came with a very useful pdf. He is working through the exercises and nutritional advice to help him keep his fitness as he ages.
