I really like the approach this book has taken!
So, in many books I have read, they have one or two great points to make, but surround it with filler material. Or when you search for a recipe on line there are paragraphs and paragraphs of fluff before you get to the simple ingredients list and method. Not this book. This book provides a list of brilliant hacks, methods habits etc that can be easily implemented. Each one is delivered in less than 2 minutes, scientifically referenced and just delivered without the fluff. My advice is listen to it, implement a few you connect with. Once they are second nature, listen again and implement one or two more, before you know it, you have transformed how you go about eating on a daily basis, which adds up to thanks to the compound affect, to how you feel, look and live!

Tweak your life and health by introducing some weight loss hacks
I find it hard to concentrate to read, so love that this is on audible, but also love the fact that you get a pdf of the book too, as lot of information and ideas of things to try. Love that for the most part it’s science based and can click on the links to take you straight to the studies. I’m more inclined to trying an idea if it’s got some research behind it. Don’t feel you have to do them all but pick the ones you feel might help you and build gradually on that. It’s all about good overall habits, so that we are doing things in the end without thinking too much over time.

Great information in bite-sized pieces
This book is easy to listen to and very informative. There’s lots of evidence-based practical advice and tips. I love that I can also have a transcript of it. I find it helpful for clients who come to me with weight loss as one of their issues I thoroughly recommend it.

Loved the book!
I really enjoyed the hacks! I can implement them at my own pace and slowly transition into a healthier lifestyle that helps me lose weight permanently AND without restrictions or worry that I will put it all back on!! Definitely must read if you’re looking to lose weight in a way that feels right for you, plenty of hacks to choose from!

Great tips and even better bonus content
I need to lose weight and was looking for motivation to get started. This audible was great in giving me so many great ideas to implement from fasting to understanding how motivation works. Wow. 190 good weight loss tips!
Most weight loss books are two or three tips and then ramble on with chatter about the tips and why they are so wonderful. This book gives you 190 tips then a brief explanation of why they worn backed up with the reference of where the author found the information. The author also adds encouragement with each tip and motivation to make a change now. The procrastination of I will start Monday is addressed as well several of the other excuses we endlessly come up with as to why we have gained weight. Did you know our metabolism doesn't slow down that much as we age? We really have no excuse to not start today and try one or two of these tips. Add the accompanying pdf of the book to use as reference and motivation, and this is the perfect book for anyone to use for weight loss.

Easy listening, great information.
This book is a great resource for anyone wanting to lose weight, as well as therapists helping people to do so. It is packed full of great ideas to help you make simple effective changes no matter your lifestyle you will find something here that fits. so much to chose from! If your interested in knowing the science behind these hacks many are supported by scientific research referenced and explained here. At the beginning it mentions different reasons for wanting to lose weight and refers to the hacks which may be useful to listen to, by number, for each reason. In fact this referencing back and forward happens throughout the book so have pen and paper handy to make notes of the hacks that interest you most.
