About this listen
These little secrets could change your and your kid’s life forever....
Are you tired of hearing that your child is disruptive in the classroom?
Do you wish your kid was more focused at school and generally throughout the day?
Or perhaps you have kids who are easily angered and you feel you just can’t handle these emotions anymore?
The truth is - you’re not alone in this struggle.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 10 percent of American kids have been diagnosed with hyperactivity disorder.
It’s very common for teachers to get overwhelmed by their students who can’t sit still or even pay attention for five minutes.
It’s just as common for parents to freak out at home because they keep getting phone calls from headmasters and other parents complaining about their kid’s inappropriate behaviors.
At the end of the day, everyone is stressed out.
But the good thing is - it doesn’t have to be this way!
A more in-depth preparation from parents and teachers can guide kids through their emotions and help improve their self-awareness - leading to a long-lasting impact on the child’s life.
And guess what? You have to start at the core…which means you first!
By integrating these simple and straightforward techniques into your and your kid’s daily life, you’ll find uplifted family energy, less stressed teachers, and the lives of your children enhanced in ways otherwise unattainable!
In 7 Bits of Mindfulness for Kids, you will discover:
- Five-plus kid-friendly and easy techniques to calm your little one’s nervous system in less than five minutes
- Fun games to massively reduce anxiety and stress in your kid
- Ten-plus mindfulness practices for parents and teachers to increase the focus of kids
- In-depth methods to improve your kid’s self-awareness and emotional consciousness to avoid high-tempered reactions
- Why self-awareness is such a powerful tool, especially for kids diagnosed with hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- The most common mistakes parents and teachers make that actually increase the stress and anxiety response in their kids
- Entertaining exercises for teachers to introduce in the classroom that create a safe space for kids to express their emotions
- The importance of parents guiding their kids into a deeper understanding of their own emotions
- Why a simple change in the parents’ and teachers’ approaches can lead to a huge transformation in children - and exactly how you can get there
- And much more.
You can start to change your kid’s life with only five to 10 minutes of mindfulness a day - less than the time it takes to watch your favorite episode on Netflix!
Now is the time to make a change. Your kid doesn’t enjoy all the arguments, stress, and anger, either - your little one wants to flourish!
If your kid thrives, you thrive - and vice versa.
If you’re ready to see your child, and inevitably yourself, shine brighter with less than 10 minutes a day of mindfulness practice, then scroll up, and click the “buy” button right now.

This is great audio for my clients
I love stuff like this as a professional coach. It is crucial in this mad world.
So I am always looking for recommendations.
I try and listen to material like this once a week, and sometimes I am disappointed, but I certainly was not with this audiobook.
Research and experience have been put into this audiobook well by the author.
The author uses various mindfulness techniques in which parents and teachers will help their children focus and be more aware of their environment.
And that is necessary, right? Self-esteem and confidence are essential.
In this audiobook, you will find many good exercises to implement and explore with parents and teachers if you are a coach. I highly recommend it!
Or, of course, use them for yourself. Your call!

Needed!
Mindfulness is a very important calming tool for many people across the world, however you rarely hear of it being applied to kids. I got this for my little one who is hyper-active and has been diagnosed with ADHD. There are some really great mindfulness practices, specific for children which can be easily applied. He didn't like going through it too much at the beginning but now we're in a regular routine, he enjoys it much more. I'm glad to say that we have certainly noticed a difference, most notably being able to calm him down when he experiences stressful situations
