I've read this whole saga twice since publication,
So it is interesting to have it read to me by someone whose pronunciation is... sometimes wrong. It doesn't happen often, so I can live with it, but 'flaccid' is pronounced 'flassid', not 'flaxid'. And there are others... Great story, however, so I will persevere, even though I know what is going to happen next...

Awesome
Read the whole series in hard back. Now I'm going back over them on Audible. The very definition of a space opera.

Tediously repetitive. Could be 1/4 as long
I read these in print form several years ago and forgot how utterly repetitive and full of padding they were.
Life is too short, given up after a couple of hours as I’m bored of being told the same information again and again and again. Poor story telling and lazy by the author.
