Good book for recharging

This book is intended to make you so relaxed, you can fall a sleep or into a trance like state. It is a good way to be calm and rejuvenated. Having listened to this book, it has helped me to be more confident and better able to undertake challenges. It says it is for women, but it really is for any gender.

Put ME to sleep almost immediately -- in a good wa

Didn't know what to expect, but thought i'd give it a whirl. I very much enjoyed the set-up and how your body needs to rest at night. The voiceover was so soothing and an overall great narrator. The only thing that frustrated me was the extra music at the end. Seemed to be a little overkill. But overall, I'd recommend this audible book to anyone i know - male or female - who has trouble falling -- or staying -- asleep. I would definitely read more from this author or narrator. Glad I came upon it!

Joint Review

This review is joint between me and my girlfriend.

If I was to review it alone, I would give it 3 stars based on the spiritual, ethereal concepts delivered talking about mother earth, connecting to the power of the divine feminine.
I would have given it 4/5 stars if not for these newage concepts because the audio quality it good, and the music is calming. Visualising walking in a garden and the suns heat on skin etc as well as deep breathing all seem like they might help a little.

My girlfriend however found the music too loud and it made her feel weird. She said the repitition of the narrator might be good for sleep but if you're very awake and listening to it, this could be off putting.

Helping to find the power of now

I have a pretty stressful job in which sometimes I can't get to sleep thinking about all the things that need to be done the next day. I have a lot of these meditation audiobooks that help me to stop constantly worrying about the future and focus on the good things now.

Amazing supplementary resource

I had been recently diagnosed with sleep apnea (dr called it moderately severe !!) with lots of difficulty with sleep due to shift work and trauma related events. So I have been working with sleep clinic and a lot of challenges have been arriving. I have noticed remarkable improvement to an already ongoing treatment since going thru this audible although i still have a long way to go. Any help I can get I will take. This was a blessing. The narration was excellent as well. Thank you.

Best nights sleep!

I recently got this guided meditation book for my 67 year old mother who has been having difficulty falling asleep and sleeping well throughout the night. After listening to this audiobook, she was able to sleep a solid 7 hours without tossing and turning all night. She found the narration and background music very soothing and relaxing. I am so happy she is now sleeping better and wakes up feeling well rested and ready to start her day!

Wonderful Just what I needed!

This is very helpful as a great substitute for sleep medication! I have trouble falling and staying asleep. The narrator's gentle soft voice is very soothing, calming, and relaxing. Excellent for Men too!

This book was given to me to try, and I can honestly say that this can benefit everyone and not just women. The background music was subtle and not distracting. In fact, the choice of soundscape helped me lose myself in the meditations. I've used some of these guided meditation books before where the narrator took me right out of my presence, but this narrator was perfectly soothing and clear. I really appreciate laying in bed with this playing. I recommend finding a very comfortable headset of some kind if you have a partner, but I actually listened to it through speakers in the bedroom and that was fantastic too.

slept so much better

This audio book is really works!

I usually have a hard time to go to bed and I have listened to many other music to help me relax and fall asleep. But it didn’t work. This one really works! The music , and the narrator is very soothing. I fall asleep when I don’t even know it. Very relaxing.

Beautiful!

Best guided meditation book

I meditate daily every morning to set my day amazing and never thought of sleeping meditation. Now I’m in love with this book and will listen to it at least few times a week. Very restoring and relaxing

This is my new favorite bedtime meditation listen. I find it freeing and so calming. Easy to listen to and will be recommending it to my girlfriends and family too. Great book

A wonderful meditation book with some great hypnosis scripts.
If you suffer from stress or anxiety and lack of sleep this will definitely help to relax you before bedtime. My partner has also listened and found it just as useful as me. Highly recommend.
