For Detective Bunny McGarry, life is complicated, and it is about to get more so.

you won't be disappointed
This is a great listen funny with pathos .Bunny the main character leaps out with charm and witty as coach of the hurling team will have laughing .

A slow burner but totally worth it!
So as recommended, I listened to this book before finishing the Dublin trilogy. it was definitely more of a slow burner than the others and I found it took me slighter longer to be gripped - this may be due to the fact that I needed to start liking a previously unlikeable character. As always though, this was another great book. brilliantly written, and fantastically narrated (I really cannot rate the narrator highly enough). It was both exciting and moving and, whether or not it does improve the third book in the Dublin trilogy, is definitely worth a listen/read just to learn about Bunny's background.

Fabulous
Aaaaaah Bunny! Honestly I will never get bored of listening to these. I will revisit.
I laughed, I got annoyed, I yelled out loud! I was at work...weird looks. I don’t care it was for Bunny!
The story is fabulous, the narration is amazing.
Nothing here to not like, you will laugh out loud. If you don’t your dead inside!

The best narration on Audible
The narrator is fantastic. I now have the voice of an Irish detective from Cork as my inner monologue. I've enjoyed all of Caimh McDonnell's books but the ones with Bunny McGarry stand out.
