It feels so much clearer now

I have identified my attachment style and this book has helped me with navigating in any tricky situation in which I would feel overwhelmed. I even tried the free mediation on the website which are amazing.

Came across this audio book at just the right time

I have only just come across attachement types after a recent break up left me with a lot of questions about what happened. The audiobook has helped answer a lot of the activity and behaviour and given me tools to heal myself and start the next part of a journey in myself.

The author and narrator make this subject easy to listen to and gives some good guided mediatations to start the process of self love. I've listened on long walks and car drives and go back time and time again.

Life changing book

Couldn’t recommend highly enough to those with an anxious attachment. It has such helpful practical steps and is narrated with such a compassionate tone that I found just listening to this extremely healing! Criminally underrated book!

Accessible, gentle, powerful, fascinating and kind

Don’t hesitate, the author speaks to you like a best friend who gets whatever ‘it’ is for you and the kind, non-judgemental style makes the material accessible and engaging. Also useful for therapists, counsellors and fiction writers looking to do deeper character work.

Very helpful at a time when I was really struggling

Well worth a listen if you’re an anxious attacher or struggling with anxiety. The narrator has such a soothing/ comforting voice too

Extremely eye opening

This was recommended to me by a girl that worked in a book shop. I was originally after another book however, i’m glad i ended up getting this. I feel like i couldn’t explain why i was feeling the way i was before.. it’s a great book if you’re willing to work on yourself

Excellent Highly Recommend

Anxiously Attached by Jessica Baum has truly changed my life. The author’s vulnerability, sensitivity and insight, combined with her compassionate writing created a safe space for me to explore my attachment style and begin my journey toward self-love and healing. I cannot recommend this book highly enough—it’s a game-changer for anyone seeking emotional growth and healthier/interdependent relationships.
