Buy this book before you Buy a business
This book is extremely informative regarding the process of buying a business, however it is the financial advice that really helps drive the process home i.e. if you don't know finance you definitely should listen to this before you buy!

Good all round informative book
Speaking as a novice, and not really knowing or understanding an approach to acquisition entrepreneurship, I feel this book gives a good all round view of how the activity may be undertaken. Certainly a book worth listening to again when the time comes

Although I'm English, this book is very relevant
Im from the UK and was apprehensive about a US author in a slightly different structure in the US. However the whole book is relevant if you're looking at UK acquisitons

Educational and inspiring
I found that this book gives a very clear introduction to the subject, with plenty of examples and practical advice covering the whole cycle from end to end.
I also found it inspiring in terms of the opportunity it showcases. I expect I will read it too again to refresh on the advice.

finally..... a book filled with useful ideas, suggestions and instructions, clearly and succinctly narrated. I'm thinking I'll buy the paper version also
