Good audio book

The strategies explained inside helped me move forward with positivity and get the worries and stress out of my head. This is definitely a valuable resource for anyone with depression, stress and/ or anxiety. I really appreciate this audio book.

This Audiobook is a life changer

This is one of the practically useful audiobooks I have listened to. It gave me a clear understanding of what I can do to overcome my daily anxiety and depression.

I got this audiobook to familiarize myself more with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, its foundation, and how it can help me with my negativity. It not only clarified the theory of CBT, but at the same time gave me very clear instructions on what I can do to APPLY this theory.

The audiobook is written clearly, without any complicated jargon, and the 11 techniques explained inside are very easy to implement in your day to day life.

I've listened to many books on CBT but this is by far the best. If you are having a tough time, this audiobook is a great resource to get back on track. Highly Recommended.

CBT is a Miracle

I am dealing with anxiety and negativity these days and have been recommended for cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I was not aware of what this therapy is all about, and how to use it in our daily life.

This audiobook gives a very easy explanation of CBT and how it works. It also gives 11 simple CBT techniques you can incorporate into your life daily. So far, I tried only one technique and I can say it worked. It has helped me a lot.

This audiobook has given me more strategies for managing my own mental well-being. All 11 techniques seems to be very easy and practical. It can take you towards a more positive life. All you need is to follow a few of these miracle techniques.

I liked the content

But I didn’t like the narrator at all.
His narration was jerky and I found it hard to listen to.

Could be better

A physical book version could well be pretty good. However, this sounded like a computer-generated voice to me, and I have heard quite a few audible books where the narrator sounds like Alexa's cousin.
