incredible and insightful.
loved, loved, loved it! I have listened to all three of the crappy to happy serries now and I couldn't have stumbled accross them at any better time! last September I found out that I had been suffering with complexed PTSD with repeated traumas throughout out my life for 27 years I'm 28 now but to think I suffered my first ever trauma when I wasn't even quite 6 months old is frightening! I have been on a journey since septmeber learning about myself and how I can heal! I have listened and read allot of diffrent books about self healing ect! but yours have been the best yet! i enjoyed every minute of listening to you and the passion and empathy in your voice too! I am going to re listen to them all and write some notes down in my diary so I can practice and move forward! I will be buying all the hard copies too just to have as a guide to a better and happier life! I have a regular therapy called EMDR which I will be telling my therapist about this serries too. You are such an inspiration to all and I genuinely can not thank you enough. Would be amazing if you ever wanted to write a auto biography I would definitely be buying that's for sure!:-)
