Great and love so far!
I think this is made and designed very well and am enjoying using it. I’m not doing it the in 7 week time frame but it’s still helpful in many ways. Highly recommended to help you find ways (CBT, etc) to help control your anxiety.

This book is great for self discovery
This book is great for self discovery. Four stars only because I was hoping to learn a skill set to combat anxiety but have found this is more of a book to learn about myself. I do enjoy it and have partnered it with professional help so the two together seem to work well.

Great resource about anxiety
For some reason, I've always supported therapy for others but couldn't see it as an option for myself. But when I saw this book on sale , I thought "why not?" I'm glad I picked it up! There's a lot of great information in here about identifying and living with your anxiety. Also, the author asks you to think deeply about your anxiety (what thoughts trigger it, how it manifests physically, etc), which is painful but helpful. I agree with reviews on here that say that the Kindle version is hard to use, but I'm giving this four stars because it is approachable and it really helped me work against the cycles of anxiety that I've been living in for a while. I recommend this book for people who have anxiety but don't know where to start in terms of getting help. The resources in the back also include more anti-anxiety titles and links for finding a therapist. Great information all around!

Completely worth the listen!
I have really poor social skills as I'm anxious talking to a large group of people and is even afraid raising my own opinion. As I'm in the journey of self-improvement, this book has given me lots of information and advice on how to communicate better and become more assertive. The simple and effective techniques help me on how to boost self-confidence and some starting points for freeing myself from social anxiety. The best self-help book I've read so far. I definitely recommend it to people struggling with social anxiety disorder. Completely worth the listen!

Anxiety no more!
My most anxiety problem is over public speaking. Making small talk, eating in front of others and using public restrooms also can trigger worry and unease for some. And this book really helps me overcome this problem. Nowadays I can easily do public speaking.
