Great book, doesn't work as an audiobook
This book is great, loads of really good information and Fearne is a great narrator, however it just doesn't work as an audiobook as it refers you to PDFs all the time. I listen to audiobooks in the car and it felt like I was missing out on loads of the book. I would say definitely buy the book, but read it rather than listen to the audio.

I don't want to READ a PDF
Overall, the book seems lovely, but everytime you start getting in to something or you get introduced to the next topic, you are told to reference the pdf! The reason I got an audio book is because I want to listen to it. This issue is like walking to the top of the hill and your friend turning to you and saying "Oh, just pop home and grab your walking boots. we can finish the rest then."
otherwise, the book is well narrated and has good content. I just wish it wasn't so strongly based around the pdfs

don't bother - doesn't work as audio book
so disappointing to have to write a bad review for what promised to be a really lovely book, but sadly that's the case. All I can hear when listening is "read more in the accompanying pdf". I never received a pdf and the whole point of audible is thati don't rant to read a physical pdf! Sorry Fearne...

The content and narrative was very good.
However the constant reference to 'read the interview in the pdf spoilt it.
I wish I had bought the book, however have already wasted my money on the audio book and feel cheated to be honest.

Inspiring
I enjoyed listening to Fearne read her story about her quest to become happy and finding out what true happiness is.
I have also had dark times and occasionally have wobbles and cloudy moments so I found this audio helpful in my continued plight to improve my life. It has inspired me to move past these negative times and try and focus on the positive.
I have already started to implement some of the things Fearne recommends/or has taken guidance/comfort etc. Although some of them will take time (learning to love and listen to my body more) other things I have acted on straight away. For example, not allowing the anger to get the better of me. I chose not to be angry. I felt quite empowered even if only for a brief moment!
Happiness truly is a journey and I think whatever floats your boat or helps you get there is worth a try.
For me this audio book was a starting point to get my wonderful brain (a nod to the chapter of appreciating your body) on the right path.

Written from the heart. A good read for us all. We have to accept ourselves and be open. Fearne explains different ways we can learn to accept ourselves, lets live in the now and be accepting of others. A beautiful positive book.

Listened to this whilst I was cleaning and cooking and keeping busy (ironically). Amazing book - thought provoking, honest, real. Great advice but also helps you with the "how" part - putting the advice into practice. Going to listen again and have bought the hard copy!

Where is the PDF??
Loved this audio book! A shame I have no idea where the PDF is, as she refers to it regularly through the book and I wanted to read the interviews she spoke about.
I listened to this in the car going to work and she delivers in a nice calm voice, whilst still sounding like herself. It was easy to listen to. I really liked her philosophy on happiness, it's not about climbing the mountain and looking down at what you've done, but appreciating the simple everyday things, and finding your own version of happiness, taking steps to make things easier on yourself.
