Life changing

I started to listen to Oonagh and at first she didn’t resonate with me, I persisted then all of a sudden ‘yes’ I was on her page. I listened to the very end which is rare for me and already I have dropped a dress size. Thank Oonagh thank me for listening to this in my prime membership. One Happy Customer

Wonderful, witty, fun to listen!

I loved it. Not only Oonagh reads her book in very light, funny and engaging way, but she also makes very good points about focusing on being happy rather than killing your joy with some incredible regime which indeed will make your body ultra fit, but will also make your life miserable. For me it is not a book about being slim and fit, but about being healthy and happy, learning to love your body in any shape and at any time during your way to your desired looks and finding balance in your life. 2/3 of the book can be easily applied also to other areas of life, not only to fitness. I highly recommend Oonagh's book. It's worth your time and will make you healthier and happier :) And, not, I'm not a personal friend of Oonagh ;) but after listening to her audiobook, I genuinely wish I was :)

Just eat your vegetables!

Great book! Encouraged me to make changes in my life. Oonagh explains in simple terms how diet industry works. I can relate to her.

Brilliant advice and so motivating

I’ve listened to this twice. Obviously the first time, but I came back again when my habits strayed back to chocolate. A quick reminder of my why’s from Oonagh got me back on track again.

Even as a man, very useful.

Very useful grounding for thinking about health in general. I didn’t know this was focused at women when I started listening, but the message (and vibe) still works for all. Great work!

Common sense and funny as f*@k

I loved this book which had me genuinely laughing out loud. There is a lot of sense in this book which cuts through and challenges some widely held myths about healthy living. Although I have made huge changes to my lifestyle over the past 9 months, this book has been really helpful to me in terms of reframing my approach in order to maintain my healthy habits.
