Bussiness book
The author is good skilled speaker I believe and the book is easy to listen but there is very little I can use in my everyday life because I'm not manager of any large company. It feels like half of the book advice is how to cut time of employee meetings and how to prevent employees or colleagues disturbing you and be more productive during working hours. I was hoping I'll get some kind of mantra how to save some time while I'm at home most of the time with two toddlers to get time for all the things I procrastinate or never get time to like studying anf practising for my driving license. I really don't need advice what to do during TV advertisment breaks or buying TV recorder because honestly I didn't get time to even turn on the TV over one year now and have no idea what's currently on. All I got from this book is to declutter my house, shorten my to do list to 5 most important tasks and to write it before sleep rather than in the morning and do things right now and not leave anything for later and thanks for reminding me to buy new calendar for 2021 and I really hope my toddlers will not shred it like my 2020 calendar in June.

Waste of time
I learnt absolutely nothing about how to save an hour a day.
I actually wasted 3 hours listening to this nonsense.

Brilliant book for busy people
If you are, like me and my family, very busy with little time to yourself then this is the book for you! I have only just finished listening and have already started seeing benefits from some of the ideas (some are quick fixes that will instantly save time, some are more long term and require some changes in mindset and habits but will be well worth it),
So, I'll finish this review quickly In the true spirit of the book by saying, save yourself some time deciding on whether to buy this, do it now, invest in you, stop procrastinating and buy this audio!

Amazing Book
When I am at work I am totally organised clear desk, everyting is where it should be, but at home I am hopeless, a real mess. So I bought How to Save An Hour a Day. I was really amazed at Michael Heppell's common sense ideas - so simple, so honest. I have tried a few of his suggestions and they really DO work. I wondered at one point if he had been in my house how did he know I had a cupboard under the stairs full of rubbish and a drawer full of pens that didn't write, and a wardrobe full of clothes I never wore or wear. This man is well on the way to changing my life. The fact that he is so easy to listen to is a bonus - just like listening to an old friend.

absolute rubbish
Look I'm a busy man. life is too short to listen to this self promoting author. He is as useful as as an ashtray on a bicycle as far as I'm concerned. if you are a busy worker you don't have time to be keeping time diaries every fifteen minutes. gŕrrrrrrrrrr. I'm so annoyed I purchased this drivel.

Saving an hour
What did you like most about How to Save an Hour Every Day?
Skim - Sift - Start....!
Michael Heppell delivers an interesting perspective on a problem that dogs so many in today's society. Starting by telling you that you don't have to read (or listen to) the whole book he quickly engages his audience with some no nonsense and practical ideas about where to save time in the day. Some are simple and easy - others take more commitment but it is delivered in a fresh, relaxed manner with some witty anecdotes and examples.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Heppell playing himself.
Which scene did you most enjoy?
The meetings
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
What would you do with an extra hour everyday?
Any additional comments?
Definitely give it a go. I defy anyone not to find at least one section that is useful and relevant.

Few useful mixed in with lots of rubbish.
Found a few useful ideas in amongst a lot of rubbish. Started off better than it finished. Don’t waste your money. Badly written, badly narrated by the author.

Some good points
It is worth a listen, although probably a better read. The author has chosen to read, yet he is an awful actor and puts on voices BADLY.
There is some good information, but imagine reading a book with bad punctuation, and poor spelling. This is an audio book with an AWFUL reader.
Only buy for a credit. DON'T pay. You will regret it.

Simple but effective!
Love Michael's books - often his ideas are so simple, but it can be the simple stuff we gloss over.
Some great ideas for productivity in here and well worth purchasing if you're looking to organise your time better or just improve daily life!
