About this listen
This book will make a lasting difference in the lives of early quitters, burnouts, unmotivated people, and everyone else. It's focused on a really small positive action or idea that you push yourself to do every day; since it's "too small to fail", it's light, deceptively strong, and an excellent habit-building technique. When you're still going forward, you'll have no choice but to believe in yourself.
This lovely and well-written mini habit guide will assist you in making the most of challenging circumstances. All you have to do now is believe in yourself and keep going, improving, and remaining well.
It explains:
- The mini habit way of using willpower
- How mini habits can improve your self-efficacy
- The eight mini habits - small changes to big change
- The eight mini rules of mini habits
- The difference and reasons why willpower beats motivation and lots more inclusive topics
It's said that if you aim for the moon, you'll end up among the stars. The moon is closer to us than the stars, so that doesn't make sense. I'm getting off topic here. The message is that you should set high expectations for yourself, and even if you fall short, you will still succeed. In terms of productivity and good habits, I've found the opposite to be true. You won't fire if you reach for the moon because it's too far away. I've used the Mini Habits technique to get in the best shape of my life, read five times as many books, and write four times as many words. Since our brains are built to alter, the Mini Habits method works. I was ecstatic to have the chance to share this game-changing plan with the rest of the world. Mini Habits was a lot of fun to compose. The material, as well as the overall quality and presentation of the book, represents my passion.
Note: This isn't a novel about breaking bad habits (though some principles could be useful for breaking habits). Mini Habits is a tool for developing longterm safe habits.
