LOVED it

This is a must-read for any parents, it’s very helpful to understand nutrition for kids, and how it will benefit them. I thought it very interesting and realistic by sharing comments that any parents can relate to, while also giving great tips. I felt like this book did not shame us, as parents, for still learning. Instead, Mina Love tried to teach us about the importance of nutrition for a healthy mind and body and provided great eating habits that will benefit our children(s).

One of the most important things you can do for your children is to nourish them as they grow and develop, so it's crucial to do it properly. No more arguing over what to give your kids since this book gets right to the point and explains what you need to know in an understandable and straightforward manner. This audiobook stands out for its broad perspective. Great information

Learning to understand what is best for our children to help nourish their bodies and minds can be confusing as my parents never taught me any of this. My children both have ADHD and so I pay more attention to what kind of nutrients I am providing them. Guidance on selecting the appropriate fuel to sustain them through physical activities and their daily adventures. Chapter 7, Eating for energy was very impactful as it directly addresses the challenges parents encounter when striving to provide the right nutrients for their active kids.

The chapter reviews the pivotal role that balanced nutrition plays in supplying children with the energy they require to flourish in their dynamic lives. The author tries to empower you to make informed choices that ultimately contribute to your child's overall health and well-being.
