PMA all the way

PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is the way to go when it comes to weight loss. However, it may be quite hard to keep positive if you suffer from depression, etc. This audiobook certainly helps with both motivation and providing proper guidance. From “Positive Affirmations For Weight Loss” in chapter 10, through “Deal With Your Emotions Without Using Food” in chapter 22 to “Love Your Body And Your Soul” in chapter 26, this audiobook will keep you thinking positively and on track to achieve your healthier life. I cannot recommend this audiobook enough: the author’s knowledge, combined with the narrator’s clarity make the perfect combination.

Self-care

I needed something that would help me deal with my weight gain after I was prescribed some medication (I suffer from anxiety). I can safely say that this audiobook is one of the best purchases I have ever made. When it comes to hypnosis, I was always a skeptic, but drastic times required drastic changes of perspective. After listening through the whole audiobook and noting down a few tips and useful advice, I decided to give meditation a go, and it helped massively in helping change my mindset. Now, I am counting down the weeks until I achieve my former weight and get up excited for my morning exercises.
