Amazing!

I loved listening to this book while I went to sleep last night. For one who struggles to fall asleep every night, it put me right to sleep! The structure and the idea of sleep meditation is awesome. I never thought to try it until I heard this book. I can't wait to use it again tonight! The voice is very soothing as well. I highly recommend to anyone who struggles to sleep.

As someone who struggles with sleep, this book is amazingly helpful. Full of great tips and techniques to quiet my mind and help me get to sleep AND to stay asleep. It's wonderful! I am one happy customer!

Interesting

I enjoyed the music, and the narrators indication that it would last 60 minutes, and I don't necessarily need to do it right before bed. I tried it right before bed, but the best results for me were about an hour after dinner (rather then watching stupid TV). What happened is that after the meditation I went about the house much more slowly and fully relaxed doing a few little house chores (fold laundry, put away dishes, etc) and then went to bed SO relaxed because my whole evening routine was infused with this meditation. Thanks!!
