Works every time
Love this audiobook! It really does help me fall asleep. Because I wake up frequently through the night, I love that it lasts almost 1hr and the majority of the ending is just a peaceful thunderstorm and rain with meditation music. It’s so soothing and helps me to fall back to sleep faster. I read some of the reviews and a couple of people mentioned there was horror movie sounds near the end. I did not hear those sounds. I’ll listen to this book every night. Works every time I love this hypnosis I have several of her sleep audio books just to switch things up depending on my mood and every single one works.

Overcome panic, anxiety and stress
This audio guide really works for those nights when sleep evades you. His voice I found not pleasing at first but then adjusted. I use the timer for a chapter and now yawn before he finishes the second sentence. The recommendation to use headphones is silly because how would you sleep.
Overall a very effective tool for helping you sleep. If you want a better nights worth of rest i would highly recommend that you get yourself a copy of this sleep meditation book. I found this really helpful. I love understanding meditation. I have always wanted to know ways about how to overcome panic, anxiety and stress. Great listen.

I could feel myself calming down and getting into a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listened to this sleep guided meditation audiobook just before bed. The narrative parts are great it was better than expected! Soothing and effective. I am happy to have found this sleep learning audiobook!

The author and narrator guides you through all the different stages including induction, deepening, and termination to complete a session. I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy.

Fell asleep immediately
I have suffered with anxiety for awhile which interferes with a full night sleep. I have been listening to this along with a few other downloads for only a week, and not only don't I wake through the night, but I am not anxious and dreading the day anymore. I'm sold and am downloading others for my family. I have no idea what the narrator all says there because fell asleep immediately after the first 3 lines he said. That happened the next night, and the next night, and the next.

Everything about this audiobook is to perfection, not only does the audio quality put you through a soothing and relaxing environment. But the script has the exact chosen words with the right pauses needed so that you can get to sleep more effectively.
This is an audio I can play at night and just fall asleep to without really trying too hard. If I find it hard, I just listen to the instructions, which are gentle and clear, and then before I know it I'm asleep. It works! Tried it last week and slept really well. I'll be trying it again soon. Get wireless earphones if possible, it's better.
