The Celebrity Chef version of Real Estate
The book oversells itself and has no basics of sales techniques.
You can consider it more of a biography than a teaching material
Story of being in the right place at the right time.
Made many mistakes that ultimately paid off for him but if it was anyone else it would mean financial ruin.

Very interesting and useful
I’m very happy I have listened the book and own also the printed version, where I can mark every important detail. The book contains many useful tips and tricks and nice examples. Entertaining, warm and informative.
Ryan Serhant is enthusiastic, entertaining, inspiring and goofy. He's a little over the top but comes across as a warm and decent human being. He appears driven and confident. If you have any interest in property, real estate or sales in general I'd recommend this book. This book won't change your life or magically turn you in to a sales machine but it will give you a friendly nudge towards your destination in life and sales and a sprinkle of inspiration. I've listened to/read many better books than this but I simply could not stop listening to this and I enjoyed every second.
