All we need

This book has all we need to start a good relationship with our guts. It goes into all the biological details but it’s also very practical. I will definitely keep the cheat sheet handy!

Importance of Gut

So much we don't know. Hierarchy structure designed to know everything outside of yourself and very little about You. How sad it is. Last few years awakening happening, many people started to go within, rather then without. The author of this book pointed out something gold valuable,
1. Healthy eating
2. Excesises including breathing
Yes, we all understand that eating is important, however how many people are highly concise about?
Correct, not many.
World of economics is build on materialistic things, which is finally driving people crazy. Living in the World of constant competition, rush, hurry, how can you eat properly? Exercise properly? End up saying, I don't have time for anything else. Well, if you are working at the job or on the business and you don't have a time for yourself, it's a trap. People are wonder, why they do get sick? Hundreds different problems. You have to change your focus, from be better then someone else, leave material things behind and primarily focus on yourself, on your health. The author went deep into diet, what to eat and what to avoid to eat, breathing techniques, physical exercises, yoga, meditations. Great book, great topic. Change yourself, help to nurture your children, change the human race. Bring more happiness within, joy and pleasure...

An interesting listen

This book was such a great reminder of the importance of gut health to the overall body health. I especially loved how the author reiterated the connection between stress and poor gut health, and how to mitigate stress to have a better chance of the other techniques and approaches working.
