Interesting Audiobook
This is a must-have for seniors! It covers various aspects of strength training, including routines and diet. The author does an amazing job in putting it together - the only thing left to do now is listen up so you can get your muscles pumping again
The output tone should be critic with a little bit humor

Comprehensive and excellent!
Bought it for my dad. During the epidemic, he reduced some outdoor activities and looked for some indoor exercises. This book has many great resources, including its PDF files, strength training, and the last part of healthy recipes, fitness affirmations, etc. I'd say if you listen to it carefully, you will get a lot of great advice on keeping your body young after 50.
