Summary

The last thing a Necromancer expects is to be brought back from the dead....

After fulfilling the duty all Arch Necromancers are tasked with, the last thing Sylver Sezari expected was to be reborn. He was usually the one reanimating dead things. How ironic.

But reborn he was.

And after crawling his way back into the land of the living, he finds himself a strange land, a strange time, and with a strange floating screen in front of his new face.

Either through plan or chance, he’s alive again, and planning to enjoy himself to his heart's content.

Don't miss the start of this LitRPG adventure about a reincarnated necromancer growing in power and finding his way in a new world where the rules have changed vastly since he last "lived".

About the series: With equal parts humor and dark sorcery action, expect loads of skill progression, deep worldbuilding, and unforgettable characters in this story which had nearly 10 million views on Royal Road. Now completely revised and reedited for Kindle and Audible.

Well written for litrpg.

I liked the authors style of writing with an actually sensible MC. The story takes itself just seriously enough which is a breath of fresh air, most litrpgs have really dumb attempts at comedy all the time and it’s frankly annoying at this point.

I’m not sure if this was as a result of editing for the audiobook but there are times where it feels like it skips a bit and new information just pops up out of nowhere and is presented as if it was previously described. It’s strange but only happens a few times and it’s never super important information.

Excellent and Entertaining

Fantastic start to the series, brilliant story and excellent performance. I'll be pre ordering the next book when it's realised.

Great book

Its an enjoyable listen throughout, I only have a minor problem. The narrator is great and does a great job with the narration, but I find his voice a bit easy to tone out.

Kinda dissapointing

The story is nice enough but there are to many instances where the story skips part assuming that it the context will make it clear (for example: "Look I found a book that has information" and then immediately the story is in a different part of town, attacking something with totally different people)
Also, the MC just knows everything and casually kills beings 10, 20 or even 60 levels higher because he has his previous memory's.
All in all, I'll be dropping this series.
(I am not a fan of the narrator, had the constant feeling he was announcing something in a arcade orso but that could just be me)
