Really good
Only thing I would say is it was a bit repetitive with the same I for being talked about again and again.
Could have maybe been condensed to just 3 hrs.
But definitely a one you should read/ listen to.

A lot of repetitions
There are only few ideas talked repeatedly in all the book. It could have been much shorter. Also it contains a lot of historical facts and how the things are done in other cultures what I didn't find very helpful or relevant.

annoying narration & extremely repetitive
This book had some good advice, but it was so overly repetitive that it felt insulting by the end, to be honest. The fact that the narration was incredibly annoying didn't help make listening to it any more bearable, to be honest. The whole thing could have been condensed into half the length and still have contained the same amount of information. I recommend Sarah Ockwell-Smith's books over this one.
