A Fresh Outlook!

Sensitivity is a strength too

Okay, it might be a bit much to say sensitivity is my superpower, but after listening to this audiobook, it feels so much less daunting. The reflections on the PDF that comes with it are very helpful. I actually printed it out and used it as a notebook. I now feel that sensitivity is what makes me unique and something to embrace. I'll make sure to revisit the wellness tips regularly to keep looking after myself.

This book has some key pointers to help with certain sensitive situations in life. I think this book will help with conversations about topics that you may want to have with a therapist or someone you know. I like how the many different examples of sensitive topics is discussed.
