Summary
Random House presents the audiobook edition of The Passengers by John Marrs.
Eight self-drive cars set on a collision course. Who lives, who dies? You decide.
The new gripping thriller from the best-selling author of The One - soon to be a major Netflix series.
When someone hacks into the systems of eight self-drive cars, their passengers are set on a fatal collision course.
The passengers are: a TV star, a pregnant young woman, a disabled war hero, an abused wife fleeing her husband, an illegal immigrant, a husband and wife - and parents of two - who are travelling in separate vehicles and a suicidal man. Now the public have to judge who should survive, but are the passengers all that they first seem?

Another excellent book from John Marrs
I’ve listened to all the author’s books on Audible and again I’ve listened to a cracker.
It’s an original story which kept me up all night and glued to the edge of my seat. It has more twists than a twisty thing more nasty characters than Eastenders, Coronation Street and Emerdale rolled into one. For a change our heroine has a backbone and not afraid to say how it is. The politicians are moustache swirling baddies but I enjoyed every single moment.
I’ve deducted one star for some intermittent annoying jingles peppered throughout.
The narration was excellent :) Mr Marrs isn’t writing quick enough for my liking so will wait quietly twiddling my thumbs till the next release on Audible.

Thriller or sci fi
My life has gone neglected whilst I binge this! I suggest you read to the one first as it tied in. Thriller with a good amount of technology, twists and morality

Entertaining
I liked the story, concept, characters, twists and the way Marrs tells it. Brilliant narration but annoying sound effects. Worth a listen.

Amazing
I loved it. Full of unexpected action and a rollercoaster of emotions. The characters and situation are scarily believable. Not a dull moment; the second you think you know what's going on the second it changes.
