Great book!

I enjoyed reading this book. As a meat lover, I am always very curious about plant-based eating and how vegetarians survive and have enough energy for living. This book gives you guidelines on how to start a plant-based eating habit and why it's good for your overall physical and mental health. Also, it provides you with some supplements to take to meet your daily requirements for vitamins and minerals, protein, etc. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to change their eating habits. :)

Certainly has changed my mind

I got this book to find out what goes on in the heads of non meat eaters. I was expecting to scoff but I thought I might learn at least a few things so I was willing to go in with an open mind. I'm actually astounded by the information in this book. This is the most convinced I've been about leaving the meat behind and going purely plant based. It's not just about what you eat but how it is digested. If you're a fan of plant based or a sceptical carnivore, I thoroughly recommend this book either way it's an eye-opener!

Very informative

This is a great audiobook that has really helped me put a new planted based diet together. After reading this audiobook I am so excited to start my new plant based diet and this audiobook makes the plant based diet seem so exciting!

Very Helpful!

I’ve been wanting to make the switch from my regular diet to a plant based diet, and this book really helped me get my mind around it. The section about eliminating oils and the section about paying attention/regulating my hunger cues was especially helpful in building my confidence in being able to be successful with this big change. I would highly recommend this book!

Feel the Benefits Quickly

I have wanted to go Plant-based for a while now to help me feel better and for my digestion. Having heard so much about it and wanting to do it but not knowing where to start! This book has given me everything I need to know and what to do. With loads of info and practical tips. I’m making a difference and my body is responding and I have reduced my problems considerably. And lots of great recipe ideas to still make your favorite meals with swaps to make them plant-based too!

Inspired me to improve my diet

What an inspiring book, with loads of success stories of people who have overcome severe disease by switching to this way of eating.
Well-researched helpful information presented in an easy to read way.I am already eating a mostly plant-based diet but this has made me even more enthusiastic.
As an aging baby boomer I really feel the results of over-indulging in unhealthy foods particulalry in stiffness and joint pain and I am determined that this year is the year I reclaim vibrant health. This book will help me do that!

Excellent book

The most important thing you can do right now is to listen to the entire audiobook. Here's why: it takes a minimum of three hours to digest the information and make changes that will last a lifetime. Don't be put off listening to this book if you are on the fence about making this change, there will be less time to implement the strategies. No need to worry about cravings and temptations consuming you as this book has you covered, especially during the holiday season when temptation is everywhere. Buy this book and take action now.

Absolutely brilliant!

I love this audiobook! I have been so curious about a plant based lifestyle for a while so I wanted to know more. What I like so much is the detail this goes into about nutrition, hunger cues and how to have a high protein without eating chicken and other meat proteins. I do like meat but I know how the meat industry is the biggest polluter on the planet and the meat we get in the supermarkets are not the same quality as free range, grass fed meats. These are so expensive so I feel a plant based diet is the way to go, plus the health benefits are undeniable! I also really like the narration and the obvious passion the author has. Highly recommended!
