Piranesi lives in the House. Perhaps he always has. On Tuesdays and Fridays Piranesi sees his friend, the Other. At other times he brings tributes of food to the Dead. But mostly, he is alone.

Laughably offensive to put $5 price on 6 minutes
This should be a free online article, "6 things any reasonable person already assumes about sleep." They've priced this at nearly $1 per minute for what is actually a ~2 minute phone call with a sleep expert, padded by a non-expert repeating what is said in the expert's static phone voice. I'll summarize all 6 points for you: everyone's sleep needs are different, do what works for you, and don't use alcohol as a sleep aid. Saved you 6 minutes and $4.99, you're welcome. Amazon/Audible should disallow this kind of price on short, low effort content, but if I'm understanding the branding correctly they maybe even produced it? They're trial ballooning if they can get away with charging this much for so little and such weak content. Please don't help them get away with it. P.S. I listened to it all before posting this review, but only as part of a "100%-off for members" deal they're maybe doing to fish for reviews, if it had been $0.25 it still would have been too high a price for this quality and quantity of information.

Myth One Was Worth Hearing; Rest Ech
I was glad somebody stuck up for people with different body rhythms. I've been a night person since infancy, and some people throw shade at those who sleep late (a natural result of going to bed late)....
The rest of the myths were not memorable. I lit up over the name Arianna Huffington but this seemed mediocre.

OK content; Poor choice of reader
If only Arianna herself had been the narrator. The one on the recording is probably a journalist, whose ennunciation leaves something to be desired. This might be all right for a free newscast, but, not a commercial "audiobook." This belongs on a radio magazine or podcast.

Good sleep myth buster
Myth #1: Everyone should sleep within the same window
Myth #2: You can make up for the lost sleep during the weekend
Myth #3: Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep
Myth #4: It doesn’t matter what you do before bed as long as you get into bed early enough
Myth #5: Naps will mess with your sleep at night
Myth #6: Alcohol helps you sleep
It felt like myth #3 was another way of saying myth #1. However, it is useful and informative audio book especially for someone who wants to fix or change their habits sleep better.
