Summary

Anger management for parents

Learn to communicate more effectively and bring peace to your relationship

If you want to stop exploding at your kids and have better control over your emotional reactions, keep reading….

The long-term effects of yelling at your kids are numerous…and scary. Regular anger episodes can provoke anxiety, low self-esteem, and increased aggression in their teenage and adult years. As a parent, you’ve probably felt guilty each time you yelled at your kids--but what can you do when raised voices and sharp tones seem to be the only thing working to keep them in line?

Well, perhaps the problem doesn’t lie in your kids. Maybe it goes much deeper than that--kids will be kids; they’ll test your limits and push you to the brink. Discover how to put a leash on your anger and regain control of your emotions! It’s actually much easier than you might think–and this parenting road map has answers to every question you could imagine!

Inside, you will discover:

  • The real source of your seemingly untameable anger–it’s been under your nose this whole time!
  • Why you get so angry at your kids when they misbehave--and how your upbringing affects the way you parent
  • How your kids feel when you explode at them--and the long-term consequences hostile parenting has on your kids
  • How to handle anger based on your personality type, as well as why multitasking and technology incite more anger
  • Why kids like to push their parents' buttons--and how to get them to stop
  • How to deal with the never-ending tantrums, stop them where they start, and why your kids throw them
  • A detailed guide on managing your anger with new techniques--and older methods you may not have thought of!
  • And much more.

No parent is perfect, especially when it comes to losing their temper.

Are you ready to become the best parent you can be and start keeping your cool?

Must For All Parents

We all know that kids do not come with manuals. This book does a great job of teaching patience and understanding with the kids. Yelling and spanking are not always the answer which can lead to trauma.
