Really on point. Easy listening & well written.
Excellent points explained in understandable terms. Narration was great and the quality of the content nicely mapped out. Many of the points were relevant to me, and even those that were not, remained enlightening.
Easy to digest, and the second time round was just as good as the first.
I have found myself recalling some of the anecdotes mentioned, used in real life, with a smile inside, remembering where i had learned them, both from the what to, and what not to, points of view.
Overall i am delighted to have this book, and look forward to more writings to come from Kati Morton.

Amazingly helpful for someone new to mental health
loved the book, content and narration. As someone who has struggled with mental health but never quite getting to reaching out to a professional, this book gave me the confidence to do so and how to approach it, as well as understand what I'm going through.
5 Stars through and through
