Start taking better care of yourself

Recently I’ve been on a journey to find ways to better take care of myself and improve my mental health. I’m a mom. I love my kids, but being a mom can be so stressful. I feel like I’ve been getting too stressed and overwhelmed by all the things I need to do. I need to find ways to better take care of myself so I don’t explode. This was a really helpful book. It explained chakras and the vagus nerve clearly. I had heard about them before, but that’s really all I knew. Now it makes more sense. And Isabella also gives some great practical advice for how to move forward with this knowledge.
