Useful youthful information

When I first was introduced to collagen, I only knew of the benefits for joints and bones. When you're a powerlifter you really abuse you body regularly. There is a lot of stress you put on the joints, granted I was still young, so healthy diet, fish oil and collagen made me not feel those effects as much. This book was very interesting, it broke down the different types of collagen, their areas of effect, skin, bones, eyes, etc. And what could possibly happen while taking them. This book would have been exceptionally useful when I was younger. At the time I just did what my trainer told me, everything ended up fine, but if I had this book and did my own research, I would have felt a lot better and safer using this supplement.

Nice Guide on Collagan Is Life

Find out how collagen can help treat sports injuries and make it easier for me to get back to horseback riding. I take supplements, but I didn't know how useful collagen vitamins could be.
My hair has always been great, but as I get older, it seems to be getting thinner. I'm going to try this vitamin because I think it might make it look better.

I learned a lot, and it looked like the author knew a lot about the subject. It was fun to look at the samples.
With a simple diet plan and helpful tips on how to change your lifestyle, this book will show you how to make your body make more collagen. It really opened my eyes to learn that stress can lower collagen amounts. I can't say enough good things about this audiobook if you want to use collagen to improve your health and looks. This resource will teach you new things and give you useful advice if you want to improve your health.

Everything You Need to Know About Collagen!

I found this book extremely helpful in explaining the science behind collagen role in our body, different types of collagen, how each type works, what are better forms, what to expect, where to find them naturally or through supplements, dosages, pros and cons, etc.

The author has followed his passion for self-care, and reversing the signs of aging, by years of research and personal experiment to find answers and methods that actually works, all in one convenient place, which is this book, and best of all naturally!

Great Information!

I enjoyed listening to this book. I thought there were three types of collagen but just learned there are 5!
I recently started taking collagen and the information provided in this book has been so helpful.
