Excellent book with lots of useful hacks

Loved the book, lots of well researched information and I liked that it was narrated by the author. Only on issue is that it was mentioned by the author that there is a PDF available. However, there is no option to diwload à PDF , I have tried the desktop site too. Can you please add the PDF, thank you.

Great book, No PDF?!?

The book is great and lots of information available. I was torn between the audible book and the physical book, because I knew there was lots of diagrams etc. However I opted for the audible book because it said it comes with a downloadable PDF. Now I cannot find how to download the PDF?

very creative and informative

My eyes have been opened, to be honest I was sceptical about this book when it was recommended to me. I have to say I found it very informative and explained the whole subject of Glucose in our diet very well. it's a book that needs to be revisited. love the hacks thank you.

Interesting read

I was mostly interested in the hacks described in the last chapter. It’s an interesting theory, well supported by scientific evidence. Narration was great, an easy listen, finished in 1 day. Just missed the accompanying pdf with the recipes. Where is that?

It can be triggering

It’s an okay book. It’s got some good science but it can be triggering for some and some thing are not correct. Eg., The sugar-making process that she describes it’s not entirely correct and some meal ideas are unbalanced

Very interesting read

I came across this after starting on the Zoe project and found the information very helpful in interpreting my blood sugar monitor readings. I could see in real time what she was talking about and it brought the two things together really well. I have yet to try all the hacks she suggests and put them to the test but the Apple Cider Vinegar definitely works, as does the eat your veg first, and I’m happy to have the information ready as I continue on this process of discovery. I’ve also bought a hard copy, to dip in and out of later.
Sometimes authors reading their own work is not so great but in this instance, she does a good job and it feels absolutely right for her to have done so.
If you’re curious about feeling healthier I would highly recommend this book.

Wonderful book

Amongst all of the other health books I have read before, this is one of the most spectacular aspects we have never heard or seen before. The hacks she is giving here is priceless. I highly recommend this book for everyone!

you Need this Book!

is so simple yet so powerful. I love that the book gives you simple strategies to apply on your day to day life.
