Empowers you

Presented in an honest and friendly way, Dr. Greger does an excellent job of breaking down the science and translating it to an easily comprehensible form for someone with no medical or nutritional knowledge. Excellent content, FANTASTIC performance.

Probably the best performance of all my audio books so far, quite simply a fantastic read of excellent content by Dr Greger, well done!

Probably the best book I ever read

The Narrator of this book makes it so easy to listen to and enjoy. I used the rewind function on the car stereo so many times so he could repeat key information that I needed to absorb. I have now bought this book in paper format for reference and have also bought the How Not To Die Cookbook. Aswell as telling you how not to die from various illnesses the book also goes on to tell you the best foods you should be eating. If there's one book you have to read it's this one. The physical size of the book (amount of pages) may put some people off and the print is fairly small so I'd encourage you to listen to it on Audible.

Brilliant!!

A real eye opener. Since starting to listen to it 3 weeks ago after mastectomy surgery I implemented the plan using the daily dozen app. I have lost 10lbs and lost 3 inches from my waist already. I still have plenty of fat to lose but....I feel sooooo healthy already, just after 3 weeks. I am excited about experimenting with growing food and cooking again. THANK YOU 🙂🙂🙂

Heartfelt Honest Essential reading

Loved this book. I have been looking for this book all my life to assist me with looking after my health. Everyone should listen to it it has made a difference in my life and opened my eyes to how to care for my precious health.

Sound advice on how to live long and prosper!...

Lots of sound advice on what you will have heard before but in a sensible and easily to listen to format. Packed with advice and health tips on food. The only down side is you might need to buy the book to remember it all!

Some comments said this book was dull - I say to them they are not listening to the message - eat well, live well.
