I'm sorry; I know this audiobook is intended for women, but as a man, I'll use only a few of these weight-loss techniques. The content is jam-packed with practical advice on intermittent fasting, outlining both how to begin and what to do.

Motivational and informative

Intermittent Fasting for Women Over 30: I am so surprised by how fasting can be this effective to weight loss and maintaining the quality of life. Now, I just shared this with my husband and he is doing the meal plan to loss a couple of weight and I plan on joining him as well. As a listener I loved this book and the process, the author made it so simplistic . The steps are so easy to apply. According to the author, this is to maintain your weight. So to maintain your weight means you won’t do everything you were doing before. So, fasting time will be shorter, and you can add some fruits to your diet. Interesting! Well narrated!

A must-have book that encourages and assists in the process of losing weight by dispelling weight loss misconceptions and providing useful fasting routines.
