Summary
Fame. Fortune. Glory.
In the aftermath of the Developer’s Tournament, Esil has a new life filled with opportunity. He’s the first person to test out their most innovative technology, full-immersion gameplay, in a brand new, unexplored gameworld. Magic and mayhem collide in ways he never thought possible, and soon he finds himself caught in a quest that may alter the course of the game for years to come.
As Esil experiences the grandeur of full-immersion and the line blurs between reality and the gameworld, the NPCs he meets feel more like friends than data. Tasked with defending a small town from dark forces, he must learn to protect its citizens from impending doom or risk losing them forever.

Pangea online 2!!!
The story continues from book 1 and mainly focuses on the MC on the secret project from the game company and how there is more to it then there seems but the MC dosnt have time to think about as the story in the game continues to develop with him in the centre.

Really good story.
After first book I was wondering what can be written in second. What I found in this part, surprises me and it was perfect story. Had really good time listening about deep diving and can't wait until I will return to story in next part. Thank You.

A great listen!
I listened to this back in 2019 but my review was lost.
I was new to the genre and I thought it a great listen!
A great story with good characters and plenty of action to keep everyone interested. I really enjoyed the magic system!
Great narration. I wasn’t sure how well the dual narration would work but I was pleasantly surprised with the great pacing, atmosphere and character voices!

A Kind Of Mayhem
Whilst good it isn;t quite to the same standard as the first. A couple of continhuity errors stand out for me.
However the overall story arc keeps moving, the fast pace and basic depth make this a refreshing bite sized book.
The narration is a step above the first with greater effects, well done Sound Booth.
