Summary

In this audiobook, you will experience healing on a cellular level using guided meditation. As a bonus for you, there is a free printable workbook that may help you to understand where your negative feelings came from and how they have affected your life.

Throughout life, we program our brain (supercomputer) by a series of rituals which we learn from significant others. These rituals become programs in our brain. The programs control how we think, feel, and react to others. May they be positive or negative.

Did you know if you have enough trauma in your life, whether it is physical trauma, emotional trauma, including stress and anxiety? We can alter our cells in our body, which in turn can rewire our supercomputer so that we become more negative and always expect the worst in life, together with this we can cause our healthy cells to become in distress. Which then can turn in to disease.

An example of this is: If you tell someone enough times that they are stupid (repetition), at some point, their brain takes this on as true (confirms the program as real). This is when we take it on as fact and say, “I am stupid.” This corrupt file then stops us from reaching our potential in so many ways. Eg, I will not try for that new job, as I may fail. I am worthless, no one likes me, I am rubbish, I am no good, etc. (Remember that this program was put into your supercomputer brain through repetition by other things that you have no control over.

Let us change this from today, lets re-program our supercomputer brain with positive programmes that can heal our cells and make us feel healthy in mind and body.
