It was fine

It was an ok listen. Though I’m sure at one point it mentioned Airbnb back in 1998 when it wasn’t even a company then.

brilliant until the last hour!

I loved this twisty , turny book right up until the revelation of what happened to the missing girls which i felt was very far fetched and unbelievable

Spectacular story and reading

It started off slow and a little confusing, but so worth powering through the beginning. Absolutely loved it and so sad I finished it because I'll miss listening to it on my commute.

Enjoyable

Twists throughout and a good listen and even more revealed in the epilogue.
Not always enjoyed the narrative moving from 1 character to another but in this case it gave a deeper understand ing of each character

Gripping - couldn’t wait to find out what happened!

I absolutely loved this book! I thought Joanne Froggatt was brilliant. I found Clare Corbett rather monotone and sounded a bit like she was reading the news in the beginning. But I got past that quickly and soon didn’t notice and just enjoyed the story. It kept me gripped, I couldn’t wait to finish it. From the first half hour I needed to know what happened to those girls! I’d definitely recommend this book.

Entertaining

The book was entertaining. The story started really well and I was very interested but it felt like it was going no where and then the ending felt sudden and rushed. The performances are fine.
