    I on occasion feel really guilty because I have more than most. Yes, the cost of living will affect me, but I have a nice home, holidays, food warmth, the county side,

    But I feel guilty sometimes because I feel unfulfilled.

    Maybe I should feel fulfilled, maybe I should feel grateful for what I do have in my life, but I don't.

    Is that bad? How are you feeling with your life right now? Has what I said tapped you on your shoulder, flipped your tummy. Are you nodding your head.

    Why should we feel guilty for wanting more out of our lives.

    The good news is that you can do something about it. You can take control of your thoughts, change your beliefs, and take action to move your life forward.

    This episode is about how feeling grateful for the small things in life can bring huge rewards as more wonderful things start to appear.

    Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions there is for bringing what you desire into your life.

    Now, I will be honest with you, if you are new to this you will find it strange, maybe even hard to do, not that I’m saying you don’t have any good things going on in your life, it’s because we automatically look for the big things not the small things that you may think are insignificant.

    But once we focus on the small things trust me the big things will show up.

    I suggest you start by listing a few of your favourite things.

    A song

    A film

    A person

    An activity

    A hot bubble bath/ long shower

    Your daily walk

    By thinking of your favourite things will help to stir those gratitude feelings.

    Then take one or two from your list and list what parts make you feel good.

    The hot bubble baths

    What would you be grateful for?

    The hot water

    The steam

    The time given to you

    The feeling of how your body relaxes into the water

    The warm towel and how soft it feels against your skin etc.


    Take sometime at the end of each day to think about and list what you've been grateful for, trust me it will be worth all the effort.
