Excellent, informative and helpful book
I purchased this audible book ostensibly to help a relative who struggles with extreme anxiety and surprisingly found that I took a lot on board for myself too. I found it informative and helpful and read beautifully by Chloe - she has a lovely voice. Authentic, heartfelt and honest.

Brilliant for anyone with anxiety.
Really good practical advice, easy to listen to with good exercises to follow. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with anxiety.

An essential read for anyone who suffers anxiety
One of the most helpful books I’ve ever listened to regarding the topic.
The author was relatable and tackled all aspects of the condition, using scientific research to help the reader better understand the thought process behind anxiety.
There was a lot of thought provoking statements made and I feel personally far more liberated from anxious thoughts since purchasing this book. I would go as far as to say that this book is an essential book to read/listen to if you suffer from the condition of anxiety. It helps you understand yourself far better and leaves you feeling calmer and more confident in your everyday life.
I 100% recommend the book.
The audiobook is fantastic for listening to if you’re in the shower/cleaning.

Lots of useful exercises. Would be handy to have a work book with just the exercises to go along with the audio book as usually I listen on the move and it's difficult to take notes/find the exercises later.

A great listen for a long commute.
I've listened to this audiobook for the last few work trips and it is really good, so I've started to listen to it again! I've listened to a few anxiety related audiobooks but this is the first one that I've gone back to instantly.
I suffer with anxiety, the rare panic attack and I'm prone to overthinking. This book is quite calming and gives great advice on how to combat my issues. It also reaffirmed that I've been doing the right things to help combat them too.
The book does seem to be aimed at women, but it didn't discourage me from listening to the book. It wasn't difficult to change feminine direction in my head as all the advice was gender neutral.

Excellent advice
I listen to a lot of self help books but this is one of the few that truly stand out. The author is easy to listen to and i could relate to a lot of what she said. The advice was practical and useful and the fact she has actually had anxiety makes a huge difference. Will definitely listen to again and use the resources she gives throughout.

So good!
